Ten years ago, a Montreal company got Mary started in technical communication when they needed user guides for their homegrown software products. She's been at it ever since, producing user-support tools for both hardware and software, currently at BioTek Instruments, Inc. in Vermont. Mary takes a holistic approach to the job, working with the entire development team to design and test user interfaces and product features, as well as striving to deliver the most useful user-support and learning products. |
